Paws Up! processes payments through PayPal as a secure payment provider.
We will also accept payment by Money Order.
Purchasers outside of Canada, please ensure that you send an International Money Order in Canadian Funds.
We do NOT accept any cheques/checks.
Make Money Orders payable to: Paws Up! and please make sure to include your order number, name and address when you mail your payment.
*SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. All paid orders are shipped using Canada Post.
Paws Up! has no control over the length of time delivery takes and can only quote the Canada Post estimates as follows:
Canada: Regular Parcel delivers within 3 business day locally, 4 to 6 business days regionally and 5 - 10 business days nationally between major Canadian centres
Continental USA: has a delivery expectation of 6 to 12 business days between major centres in Canada and major centres in the U.S.A. (Some exceptions apply)
International: There are no published delivery standards for Surface Parcel service; however there is a service expectation of 1-6 weeks to most international destinations.
As all orders are handmade, Paws Up! requires a minimum of 1-4 weeks (plus shipping time) for items not in stock. If you require the item sooner, please feel free to contact us, as we may be able to meet your deadline.
*RETURNS POLICY
Paws Up! does not accept returns - please make sure that you measure your pet accurately. If you have any questions about how to measure, please contact us prior to paying.
All items are inspected before shipping, however errors can occur and we will exchange items that were shipped incorrectly, as long as they are returned in the original new condition and unused. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the wrong item for details on how to return items.
*PRIVACY POLICY
Protecting consumer privacy is very important to us.
Your information will not be shared with individual or other companies
(such as direct mail organizations or other third parties) unless required by law.
We are not liable if any of the information you provide is inaccurate.
Cookies are required by this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart,

Paws Up! is one person who handcrafts all the items that are available here. Because of this, we are also open to taking requests to make items that are not currently stocked in the store. If you are looking for something in particular, please contact us and we will try to help.

MEASURMENT
1 Neck: around dogs neck.
2 Chest: around dogs chest just behind elbow,where the biggest part.
3 Waist: around dogs midsection just behind ribs.
4 Back: from base of neck to base of dogs tail.
5 Chest length: from bottom of collar to just behind rib cage.
6 leg length: from under arm to ground with standing posture.
Check our Measure Your Pet page to make sure you are ordering the correct size.
Use a cloth measuring tape for all measurements. Do not hold the tape too tightly when measuring, you should be able to place a finger between tape measure and dogs body. Remember, accurate measurements will ensure proper fit!
